Systems Engineer (SE) support shall provide system design, engineering and operational support to Enclave infrastructure management services, virtualization and DevOps services, platform baseline management, to include server operating systems, Infrastructure projects in support of Tenant requirements, upkeep of infrastructure documentation, system schematics and platform operations guide, and actively plan and implement customer’s continuous evaluation requirements. SE shall design, evaluate, recommend, install, test and maintain all aspects of systems virtualization to include custom host profiles and hardened VM templates. SE shall troubleshoot and isolate server hardware problems and equipment outages in a timely manner using hardware and software support tools. SE shall follow policies set forth by Sponsor’s Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery regulations and institute periodic Continuity of Operations exercises for Sponsor’s Enclave at a recurring interval. SE shall be required to manage and track their tasks utilizing the Sponsor’s established Agile methodology.
